Barry Moore
Barry is the Divisional Vice President for People’s Choice Mortgage VA. Barry has grown People’s Choice Mortgage to one of the premier mortgage companies in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania and surrounding counties. Barry, a seasoned mortgage planner, is responsible for the daily business and production activities of People’s Choice.

Doug Gargan
Doug is the Divisional Vice President for Dominion Eagle Tax and Accounting Services. Doug is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College with a B.A. in business administration and Franklin University in accounting. For 30 years Doug has worked as an accountant for small to Fortune 500 sized companies. He is a member of IMA (Institute for Management Accountants), BNI (Business Networking International) and the Accountants Society of Virginia.

Jenifer Waldron
Jenifer is the Director of Insurance. Jenifer has been in the insurance industry for 10 years. She was an Underwriter and Agency Developer for a major firm in Washington DC. Jenifer has developed Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC, into a full service insurance agency, representing a variety of major insurance carriers. Jenifer has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. Jenifer has earned her CISR designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Jenifer is an active member of IIAV, and Professional Insurance Agents of Virginia and D.C.

David Sillaman
David is a financial strategist that oversees DEFGINC Home Loan Modification Division. David helps people to modify the existing terms and conditions of their mortgage to new terms that are more in line to their monthly cash flow. One of 390 Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists in the country, David is an Accredited Financial Counselor. He has hosted radio shows and has written for a couple national publications. David is also certified by the Financial Planners Association to teach CE credits to financial planners.

A financial advisor for over 25 years, Dave a Register Principle, was the Regional Manager for one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in American before establishing the Dominion Eagle Financial Group, Inc.
