Doug Gargan

Doug is the Divisional Vice President for Dominion Eagle Tax and Accounting Services. Doug is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College with a B.A. in business administration and Franklin University in accounting. For 30 years Doug has worked as an accountant for small to Fortune 500 sized companies. He is a member of IMA (Institute for Management Accountants), BNI (Business Networking International) and the Accountants Society of Virginia.

Jenifer Waldron

Jenifer is the Vice President of Insurance Operations. Jenifer has been in the insurance industry for 10 years. She was an Underwriter and Agency Developer for a major firm in Washington DC. Jenifer has developed Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC, into a full service insurance agency, representing a variety of major insurance carriers. Jenifer has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. Jenifer has earned her CISR designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Jenifer is an active member of IIAV, and Professional Insurance Agents of Virginia and D.C.

Dave, a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University is the President/CEO of the Dominion Eagle Financial Group Inc. A financial advisor for over 25 years, Dave a Register Principle, was the Regional Manager for one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in American before establishing the Dominion Eagle Financial Group, Inc.
